July 21, 2017 – Attorney Jesse S. Shapiro has received the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) Award 2017 for Order of Service. This year’s recognition marks the third consecutive year that Shapiro has won the award.

The Order of Service is a special designation recognizing NJAC members who have contributed both time and financial resources in areas including amicus brief writing, speaking at continuing education seminars, actively serving on committees, writing articles for trial briefs, and chairing educational programs.

I’ve been fighting for worker’s rights for more than 15 years and giving back to my community is very important to me. By donating my time I can help ensure fair legal counsel is provided for all persons regardless of economic status, race, or gender.”
