Education

Born and raised in Sanford, NC, Brandon attended college on the coast at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. He graduated in 2012 with a degree in Finance.

Legal Background

After graduating, Brandon accepted a legal assistant position at Wilson, Reives, Silverman & Doran in criminal defense. He found the work very interesting, especially the uniqueness of each case where every situation and every outcome is different. Two years later, in 2014, Brandon left the firm and North Carolina to begin law school in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School in 2017, but not before making a difference.

Law Student for Justice

While at law school, Brandon was recognized by the Tennessee Supreme Court Pro Bono Recognition Program as a Law Student for Justice because of his pro bono community service. He volunteered with the Foster Care Review Board, advocating for youth in foster care and ensuring that they were getting what they needed.

Criminal Defense Law

“I want to know more about you than anybody wants to know. Me knowing all about you helps me with the end goal of helping you. I believe that 99% of people are good people… By asking all these questions it helps me tell your story and figure out the best way to help you. My primary goal is to assist the client in whatever they need and get them the best possible result.”

Giving Back

Brandon enjoys giving back to the community because he believes that everyone matters. He believes it is a duty to give to the less fortunate, a value that he got from his family and his law school.

When he’s not working, Brandon enjoys traveling, playing golf, and going to the gym.
